Hello everybody, I am Francesca Manzioni, the chef and owner of cottage food production

I landed in Texas from Italy with my family in 2015 bringing with me the real passion of my life: cooking with love and passion, observing the traditional recipes, with no compromise.

These are not industrial products. Our treats are expression of the traditional and original Italian cousin craftsmanship.
